Parcels are delivered via GLS and partners; be ready for the courier to contact the recipient if fees are due. Make sure the recipient's name matches their ID, in case they need to sign for it with identification.

GLS delivers Monday to Friday during business hours (route dependent).

Depot pickup option + storage period

If delivery attempts fail, the recipient can be offered delivery options (if the sender provided the recipient's email with consent), such as: choose another delivery day, deliver to another address, or collect at the depot.
Depot pickup: parcel is available for collection for 5 working days.
If the last delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel can be returned after a storage period of 5 working days from the pick-up day.

How local delivery tracking works (rarely needed)

Once your parcel reaches Romania and is handed to GLS Romania (the local final-mile carrier), a local courier tracking ID may be generated. This local ID is automatically linked to your Polimark tracking behind the scenes.

A recipient wants to manually change a delivery date
