Package your parcel

Securely package your items according to our guidelines. You'll need to know the exact weight and dimensions for the customs form. For detailed packing instructions, see our comprehensive packing guide.

  • Use a sturdy box appropriate for the weight and contents
  • Wrap fragile items individually with bubble wrap or packing paper
  • Fill empty spaces with packing material to prevent shifting
  • Seal all openings with strong packing tape
  • Weigh and measure your packaged parcel accurately
2

Complete and submit the customs form

Fill out our online customs form with accurate parcel and recipient details. Use the exact weight and dimensions from your packaged parcel.

Important: Incorrect or incomplete parcel details can cause significant delays in processing and delivery. Double-check all information before submitting.

3

Receive verification and payment link

Our team will review your customs form and send you a secure payment link via email (usually within 1 business day). The total includes Canada Post pickup plus international forwarding.

4

Make payment

Complete payment through our secure payment portal. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods.

5

Receive your QR code

After payment is confirmed, we'll email you a QR code. This code contains your shipping label and is essential for the Canada Post handoff. Save this email or print the QR code.

6

Send your parcel via Canada Post

Take your packaged parcel and the QR code (on your phone or printed) to your nearest Canada Post office. The staff will:

  • Scan your QR code to generate the shipping label
  • Attach the label to your parcel
  • Accept your parcel and provide you with a receipt and tracking number
7

Your parcel arrives at our depot

Canada Post delivers your parcel to our nearest depot—either Calgary or Toronto, based on your postal code (typically 2-7 business days depending on your location). You can track this journey using the Canada Post tracking number.

8

We forward your parcel to Europe

Once we receive your parcel at our depot, we prepare it for international shipping and forward it to your European destination. You'll receive a new international tracking number to follow your parcel's journey to Europe.
