Prohibited items: No unique additions, standard prohibitions. Perhaps worth noting: Slovakia, like Czechia, might require special permission for explosives or ammunition components (even brass casings or empty ammo shells as collectibles would be illegal to import). Also, prescription meds are a no-go.

Delivery: Use the correct postal code (5 digits) and city name. If delivering to a smaller town/village, including the district might help. If any fees are due, the post usually takes cash on delivery. Ensure the recipient is aware of potential "dobierka" (cash on delivery) if postal.

Need help with tracking or delivery?

Your Polimark tracking number works from Canada all the way through final delivery. In most cases, this is the only tracking number you'll ever need.

Track Your Parcel Here

How local delivery tracking works (rarely needed)

Once your parcel reaches Slovakia and is handed to GLS Slovakia (the local final-mile carrier), a local courier tracking ID may be generated. This local ID is automatically linked to your Polimark tracking behind the scenes.

Most customers never need to use this local tracking ID.
Polimark remains your primary point of contact for tracking updates and delivery questions.

When would I need the local tracking ID?

Only in uncommon situations, for example:

A recipient wants to manually change a delivery date
A pickup point selection needs to be adjusted directly with the local carrier

If that ever happens, just contact us and we'll provide the local tracking ID for you.
